How can I make adjustments to my Natural Wellness account?

If you need to update your billing or shipping address, phone number or email information, simply call or email us with your new information. If you need to provide new payment information please call us, do not email your payment information – we cannot guarantee the security of payment information sent via email.

Can I customize my EasyAutoShip Savings Plan to fit my needs?

Yes, the EasyAutoShip Plan is designed to fit your individual needs! As an EasyAutoShip member you will have total flexibility to customize your order. Receive as much as you need as often as you want.

What type of adjustments can I make to my EasyAutoShip Savings Plan?

• Change your shipment date • Add a product to your plan • Remove a product from your plan or a single order • Change your shipping frequency (time between shipments) • Temporarily place your orders on hold • Cancel your order Make sure to contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled shipment date to make sure the changes can be made before we begin processing your order.

Can I make changes to my EasyAutoShip Savings Plan online?

While the option to make changes to your EasyAutoShip Plan is not available online at this time, you can certainly contact us by phone or email to make changes. It’s important to know that we respond to ALL email requests. If you don’t receive a response to confirm your changes, we did not receive your email – please call.

I want to join the EasyAutoShip program but I plan to take more than what is recommended daily. Therefore, I will run out if product. Can I be on a plan where more bottles are shipped automatically?

When you join the EasyAutoShip savings plan, just let us know how many bottles you would like to have shipped regularly and we will accommodate your needs. The plan can be customized to your specific needs. Just call us toll-free at 1-800-364-5722 and our EasyAutoShip specialists will activate the plan as you want it.

If I go with a subscription plan how long is it good for?

The subscription EasyAutoShip plan goes on indefinitely. It will not be stopped unless you call, email or fax us to suspend or cancel the plan. We confirm all changes we receive so that you know your request was completed.

If I join the EasyAutoShip savings plan and I don't like the supplements - can I cancel?

With our automatic delivery plan, EasyAutoShip, you can customize the plan for your needs, make changes to the plan, suspend the plan or cancel the plan at any time. Please just contact us via phone, email or fax and let us know that you wish to cancel and your reason for canceling. We confirm all cancellations so that you know that we received your request.

If I currently have more than one EasyAutoShip Savings Plan, can I have my plans combined so that I receive fewer shipments per year and save money on shipping and handling costs?

Yes! Upon your request, we’ll combine your EasyAutoShip Plans to help you save money on shipping and handling costs.

How will I know when my next shipment is coming?

We recommend marking your next shipment date on your calendar. If you requested to have your orders shipped every 30 days, for example, count 30 days from the date on the invoice included in your package to determine the approximate date of your next shipment. If you provided us with an email address we will send a reminder email within 7 days of your shipment.

There are times it seems my orders ship a little earlier than I expected, why is that?

If your scheduled shipment date falls on a weekend, or there is severe weather forcing our company to close early, or our preferred couriers are closed due to a holiday and no orders can be shipped – we will adjust your schedule in an attempt to ensure that your package arrives on time. If you would like your shipment sent on a particular date every time, please call us to make arrangements to do so. Rest assured, your next shipment will not be based on this new earlier date, but the date you were originally scheduled for shipment.

What is NAC?

NAC stands for N-acetyl-L-cysteine. This is an amino acid that is easily turned into the potent antioxidant, glutathione, by your body. Glutathione is essential for normal phase two detoxification in your liver. To give you an idea of its importance - here is an example; if you were rushed to the hospital with Tylenol (acetaminophen) poisoning they would give you intravenous NAC to detoxify the acetaminophen before it destroyed a fatal amount of liver cells. It may be important for you to know that taking NAC and nitroglycerin may cause severe headaches. We recommend consulting with your health care provider before taking any supplements.

What is the benefit of selenium?

Selenium is an essential mineral found in trace amounts in the body. It works as an antioxidant. It appears that low selenium levels MAY be associated with an increased risk for liver cancer in people with Hepatitis B and/or C. Also, low selenium levels may worsen the toxic effects of alcohol on the liver. Although its not clear, whether selenium supplementation can help prevent or treat liver damage, studies in China showed that provinces with elevated levels of liver cancer were brought to normal levels very quickly by the introduction of selenium into the inhabitant's diets. We recommend speaking with your health care provider before taking any supplements.

Do you sell any supplements for fibromyalgia?

The herbal supplements we sell are not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any disease. One of the primary symptoms of fibromyalgia is fatigue. What is phosphatidylcholine?

It is a phospholipid derived from soy.

What form of soy is phosphatidylcholine derived from?

Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid derived from the fatty component of the soybean (like lecithin). It contains NO protein and NO phytoestrogens.

Why is soy necessary to have in phosphatidylcholine?

Like lecithin, phosphatidylcholine has been shown to aid the body in utilizing, processing and absorbing foods. Milk thistle is notoriously difficult for the body to absorb. The patented Phytosome™ process, whereby one molecule of silybin is bound to three molecules of phosphatidylcholine, sees to it that more milk thistle gets to where you need it and less is simply "washed" out of your digestive system. The main benefit of the Phytosome™ process is that it provides enhanced delivery of the beneficial components of the herb. This way there is much less waste and much, much greater benefit.
